I went in with my husband to get his haircut before heading to the airport! He checked in online with a 10 minute wait time! When we arrived the greeting wasn’t very pleasant. We were told to check in on the screen and that it would be a 40 minute wait even though we checked in online! They acted like they didn’t know what checking in online meant! When we asked the stylist questions she was not very knowledgeable, it was an unpleasant experience overall.

I just received an MVP from Antonette and it was anything but MVP. She had a scowl on her face the entire time. She didn't offer to lower chair or put foot rest out when washing hair. She then tried to use towel that she used to dry my hair as barrier for massage. I asked politely that she use a dry towel because the hair-drying towels always leave my shirts damp, and I had client meetings after haircut. She held towel up and said "it's not wet!" I asked again that she use a dry towel, but instead she discontently tossed wet towel on counter and proceeded to give me a half-a$$ massage with no barrier-towel and the massage was very rushed. Rudest stylist I have ever had. Normally a good experience here.

I tried to show the stylist three different pictures on my phone of the front, back and side of exactly what I wanted. She would not look at my phone and kept asking what I wanted. I said what is on the phone (which she wouldn't look at again ) then said "let's just take off 1/2 inch. Didnt even touch the back like I was looking for. Overpriced for the recut I'll end up getting. What didn't help was that the sylist said that she use scissors very often and that's why she cut her finger. That wasnt comforting at all.
